Join us for a lovely fall evening at Century Farm Winery. This is a one of a kind experience to turn negative self talk into positive affirmations, intentions, and overcome obstacles. Using techniques learned in class we will choose an affirmation or intention to turn into a beautiful painted canvas and finish the evening with a symbolic arrow break. Bring a journal and pen.
